1-hour private and duet sessions utilizing traditional mat work and apparatus are available. Private sessions are suggested initially for beginners. Later, duet sessions are a fun and challenging workout for you and a friend or another client of the studio.

 

Sessions are priced as follows.

1-hour private session: 60.00
1-hour duet session: 35.00
Package of 10 private sessions: 540.00
Package of 5 private sessions and 5 duet sessions: 440.00
